Mike discovered floating in 2010 from Joe Rogan and instantly fell in love with it. In 2011, after coming back from a Peruvian ayahuasca ceremony, Mike had the most incredible float and decided to build his own float tank and it sent him on this journey. After quitting his 9-5 in 2013, he backpacked in SE Asia and chose starting a float center in SF as his path. He returned in 2014, serendipitously found 4 used float pods just 5-minutes from his Dad‘s house in Arizona and never looked back. When he’s not floating, he loves playing golf and basketball, chilling with friends at Dolores Park or Fort Mason, and exploring the wilderness of Northern California.
Justine has been in the wellness industry and teaching yoga for the last 6 years. Her first initial float was in 2011 and was completely life changing. "floating gives me the time and space to structure my thoughts, separate the things that I cannot control or shouldn‘t give energy to and gives me the opportunity to find true clarity and space. I try to float one to two times a week and has been crucial to set the proper mind set and foundation for my day!" Justine teaches yoga here at Reboot on Tuesdays and Thursday’s at 7:30a to create movement and proper breathing for a deep and relaxing float.
