What is Cryotherapy?

For 3-minutes, the cryo chamber will cool the surface of your skin by 30-50°F using gasified nitrogen to activate the body’s powerfully healing “cold-shock response”. During the session, blood rushes to your core, your body burns 400-800 calories to stay warm and once the sessions is over, the blood returns to the extremities carrying newly released neurotransmitters and “cold-shock” proteins that dramatically lower inflammation, heal injuries, increase collagen levels, boost your mood, accelerate recovery, increase focus and leave you feeling vibrant and full of energy.
