–You float in the nude and we provide everything you need including hairdryers and combs, so there is nothing to bring.

–If you have recently dyed your hair, please reschedule your appointment. It will change our water color 🙁

Whole-Body Cryo Details

–You will need to be fully dry and we’ll have you change into a robe, our high socks, slippers, and gloves. Women can wear a sports bra (no wire) or use a spa wrap. Men can wear underwear or a pair of shorts we can provide.

–Whole-body cryotherapy is 3 minutes max and has 4 settings: Beginner, Intermediate, Pro, and Cryo Pro. Each level is colder than the next and we recommend starting at beginner and moving up each session. You can get out at any time by simply opening the door, but most clients find it’s not nearly as hard as they thought.

–What happens in the chamber is your blood will rush to your brain and your core and your metabolism will rev up in order to keep these vital organs warm. Powerful neurotransmitters like norepinephrine are released, which can dramatically lower inflammation, increase focus, accelerate recovery, reduce pain and soreness, and boost your mood. Cryo has been shown to enhance collagen levels, so if you’re having problems with joints and tendons or just want to stave off wrinkles and skin aging, it’s a perfect and natural alternative to collagen injections. When the session is over, blood rushes back to your extremities, increasing blood circulation and bringing both oxygen and vital nutrients to all parts of the body.

To see maximum benefits from cryotherapy, we highly recommend doing at least 3 sessions within 5-10 days.

–You cannot participate in whole-body cryo if you have any of the following: Untreated Hypertension, Decompensating diseases (edema) of the cardiovascular and respiratory system; congestive heart failure, Unstable Angina Pectoris, a Pacemaker, Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or known circulatory dysfunction, Acute febrile respiratory (Flu like respiratory conditions), Severe Anemia, Cold Allergenic Phenomenon (known allergy to cold contactants), Bacterial and viral infections of the skin, Wound healing disorders (open sores or discharging wound/skin conditions), Raynaud’s disease, Polyneuropathies, are Pregnant, or have Vasculitis.

Local Cryo Details

Local Cryo is up to 12 minutes and is the application of cryogenically cooled air to specific parts of the body. Your treatment will be done on a massage table by one of our trained team members. It can be used to alleviate pain, inflammation and speed up recovery from injuries through cryogenically cooled air penetrating deeper into the layers of tissue and increasing blood circulation. It’s great for targeting an area you want maximum benefit from cryotherapy.

Cryo Facial Details

The application of the Cryo Facial takes around 12 minutes and uses similar technology to Whole Body Cryo. Your treatment will be done on a massage table by one of our trained team members. Applications of cold temperatures to the surface of the face are however a lot more relaxing. Cryo Facials help to close the pores on our face and in the process can tighten the skin. During a treatment the surface temperature of your skin will drop to around 45 degrees fahrenheit, a process that in some cases increases the production of healthy collagen.
